About Us
Ticketech was founded in 2002 by Sanjay Shenoy to help Travel organisations protect their Air Flown Revenue (Availed Revenue).
A Rare Combination...
Sanjay has dedicated his career to the Travel Industry.
Beginning with Lufthansa he represented the airline on various working groups and panels of the BSP as Finance and Accounts Manager, Western India. He later joined Jetset in Melbourne, Australia as Revenue Accountant/ Business Analyst and developed key reporting and analysis tools.
He then took up a Product Specialist role with Sabre Pacific, where he was responsible for installing and supporting travel management systems. Sanjay has extensive international experience and has worked in Australia, Canada, Germany and India.
This rare combination of experiences with an airline, a travel agent and a GDS with a specialisation in the travel management and accounting field set the grounds for establishing Ticketech Solutions.

Aparna Ipe
Aparna provides operational support and software development to generate the Revenue Manager™ suite of reports.
Prior to migrating to Australia, Aparna developed software in India on a range of Web and software applications.
Aparna has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and is completing the Master of Technology degree at RMIT University. She has a range of software skills ranging from database development to web development technologies, data warehousing and data mining. She has worked on C, C++, VB, ASP.net, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server and MS Access platforms.
Aparna also consults to clients on various projects.
Geoff Lean
As a CPM (Certified Practising Marketer) and member of the Australian Marketing Institute, Geoff provides Ticketech Solutions with marketing support, market research and product promotion.
